I don't know what the fuck I realized, but I wanted to tell you that I finished therapy yesterday, and I've learned some things.

You were my trigger. It was you that brought on my panic.

But I've come to the tentative conclusion that it wasn't your fault.

I stand by everything I said, about you wasting my time, and you being an egotistic jerkwad, but for what it's worth, I'm sorry for blaming you for my own mental illnesses. You're not the one who traumatized me--I was. And in retrospect, I'm relatively sure you weren't making a conscious effort to deprive me of my stress relief and break me down.

As for everything else I had against you, I don't give two shits anymore.
